What is it about?
The Big College Health Check is a confidential survey that will assess the health and wellbeing needs of staff and learners in Further Education. It’s all about helping your college to identify its health and wellbeing priorities so that positive changes can be made. The survey is part of a national pilot to help improve the health and wellbeing of staff and students across the country.
The Big College Health Check survey is completely anomymous and confidential, and will allow staff and learners to have their say about the services their college provides.
Who is it for?
The Big College Health Check is aimed at all staff and learners in FE Colleges. It is designed with you in mind, and completing the survey will ensure your college targets resources where they will have the most impact.
Why should I complete the survey?
This is your opportunity to share your views and help identify the services that
your college could develop in order to improve the health and wellbeing of all staff
and learners.
What happens after I complete it?
Once the survey closes, your answers will be combined with everyone else's to produce an anonymous report of overall results for your college. Health and wellbeing needs will become clearer, which will allow your college to concentrate on improving services for everyone.
